Clooney, goats and good deeds
Killing innocent goats by simply starring at them is George Clooney’s mission in his new movie “Men who stare at Goats”. But his deeds caused Hollywood actor and animal lover Clooney sleepless nights. Therefore Neverest got ordered to do penance in his place: For the benefit of a project initiated by CARE germany and on behalf of Kinowelt, Neverest organised a charity screening prior to the offical release date. With the money collected that night, goats will be bought to help poor families in third world countries as farm animals. TV stars, as well as entertainment and music celebrities were invited. The real VIP’s though were 70 goats that made the red carpet a highlight for guests and press. Surrounded by the New Earth Army Teams, our co-operation partner the german Goat Breeder’s Association and a real goat princess 3.000 Euro were donated. Enough money to send 100 goats to families in need.

Functional art that stems from wood
You can tell vivid tales also with pieces of furniture. We are knocking on wood these days with the exclusive Designteam “Lindholt” from Berlin, looking out that all opinionleaders are seeing the Holt (old german for “Wood”) instead of the trees. Lindholt is functionwise and from the crafty side of things a challenge, so it was just a logical step that all publicity matters fell into our hands and Roebel, Waren, Klink and Boek, to name a few pieces of the collection, became our new bigscreen stars.
Parkinson, Love, Music - and a reunion
Selig frontman Jan Plewka and actress Nicole Krebitz show their full physical effords in „Liebeslied“: In the musical inspired film by director Anne Høegh Krohn they are dancing and singing against the Parkinson’s disease. Also the German Parkinson’s Union found this remarkable: „Liebeslied“ shows in striking and realistic details what happens to people and their environment, when suddenly and unexpected the diagnosis is „Parkinson’s Disease“. Neverest was in charge of PR and press work, as well as the film premiere with live performance by Jan Plewka.
